What you’ll be doing

• Build and maintain modern, responsive, and accessible web applications (new website(s), e-learning platform, AI assistant, online marketplace)
• Translate user and business needs into technical solutions that scale
• Lead development of new features from concept to deployment
• Write well-tested, clean frontend code using React, Typescript, and modern best practices
• Write applications and services running on our devices
• Set up and maintain unit, integration and end-to-end tests
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborating with different institutes around the globe while working on global projects

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a lead full stack developer who wants to make a positive impact. Someone who:

• Has a passion for Lean and a desire to make a positive impact on society
• Has 4+ years of experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications
• Writes clean, maintainable, and well-organized code in React, Node and Typescript
• Has a good eye for detail
• Has extensive experience with databases and cloud infrastructure
• Is curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to explore new technologies
• Is comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
• Is an excellent communicator, fluent in English (Dutch is a bonus)
• Is a team player (but also able to work autonomously)
• Can take the lead on projects
• Is willing to travel abroad to work on global projects if needed.
